Here's a simple recipe for homemade fried rice:


Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably chilled)

- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)

- 2 eggs

- 2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp oil

- 1/2 onion (chopped)

- 2 garlic cloves (minced)

- Salt and pepper to taste


Steps:

1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic, and sauté.

2. Scramble the eggs in the pan.

3. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

4. Mix in the rice and soy sauce; stir well.
